My grades overall are strong! I'd assume the class would be filled by the time I finish, so I'm cutting my losses and focusing on other schools I'm having better luck with. Sad but it's the process and I'm learning as I go! It will work out how it's supposed to ?

I didn't get an interview w UTH... I think it was my GRE writing score and/or my ochem in progress that did it for me. ?

The waitlist/alternate list moves fast too. I remember someone saying that one year everyone made it off the alternate list. Getting to interviews is half the battle. Once these other schools start sending out acceptances, changes could happen fast.

So about a 50% chance of admission given that the class size is around 30. Deep breaths everyone!

Totally understandable! I've heard conflicting information, so I'll continue to sit tight until the 31st then.

I'm honestly surprised they haven't sent decisions out by now. Their new cohort is starting soon.

Following this thread! Anyone know when interview invites will start to go out? Interviews potentially starting in late August are a fast turnaround.

The general email. They were non-specific about an actual interview timeline, but they did say they were still reviewing.

I wouldn't panic quite yet! In the past interview invites have gone out in 2-3 waves. It's not comforting that we didn't get first round invites, but don't give up.

I emailed recently, and they said applications are still currently under review. Rejections probably aren't coming out yet.

Some of these clinical sites are so... removed from everything!

I wonder how many applications they got this year. This program was insanely competitive by numbers alone last year!

My writing was 0.5 point below as well and I didn't get an interview. Very interesting because I've been invited to others schools with very similar requirements. I'm curious to see if there will be other waves of invites.

I sent you a PM! I think ——- will still be giving out offers starting Monday as well! This was just the first round of people they thought fit well into certain units. Not sure if it was mainly ICU offers or if that’s just a coincidence.

The first few offers went out today! Don’t stress though because offers will be going out next week as well. Good luck!
