Hi Lucky, it is in their refund policy that if an international student is unable to obtain a substantial visa then they will issue a full refund but it is best to call or email them.

I think it's the same with the rest of the schools that offer bp. I was told from another school you may apply for bp if you have atleast 3 months work experience. But if you are planning to apply for PR after the course, then I think you should have atleast 3 years work experience to qualify for extra points in skills assessment. But you can confirm it with ACFE by calling them or shoot them an email. :)
