  1. She asked what my top 3 preferences were. I told her PACU, ER, and ICU. Also, which hospitals I preferred. So, I'm not interviewing for a specific unit; more for the New Grad position.
  2. I got an in person nterview set for next week. The phone interviewer asked what what degree and if I already had a license. So, I think they are definitely looking at grad dates and if you have a license. Don't be discouraged. Wait till you your closer to graduating. Cheers
  3. I believe that the application asks if you have a license. If you click no, then you'll probably be overlooked for someone who has their RN license. So, once you are licensed your odds are better at being seen by a recruiter.
  4. Hello! Congrats on being hired! I would appreciate if you could tell me how long it took from applying to actually getting called for an interview?
