  1. yes, they sent me an email a couple of weeks after i turned in my forms & after the deadline stated in the acceptance letter, and told me i can register.
  2. Those who have been accepted into the Traditional program, did the PINS review, and turned in all the forms: Is there anything else we need to do before the semester begins? Just double checking.
  3. Hey, sorry for replying so late. If this was your first time applying, GSU will keep all of your information for the following admission cycle if you choose reapply. Do not apply with the regular application link; there is a special link to do an application update. This is what I did. It allows you to keep all of your recommendations, hours, essay. No need to resubmit, however, it does give you the option to resumit the information if you retake the teas, want to write a better essay, obtained more hours, or if you chose to get a stronger recommendation letter. This only applies to first time applicants. After that, then you'll have to do everything from scratch all over again.
  4. that's all that i have turned in. when i went to the office in person, the guy at the front desk said something about being invited into Acemapp after November 30th so we can start submitting health forms/immunization records. The way he explained it kind of confused me. If anyone else can receive more clarity on this, please help. But for traditional students, we just need to worry about turning forms in for now.
  5. @siboney i have no idea, and @katinism not that i know of
  6. That's not entirely true. GSU isn't very consistent with what they do to send information out. When I applied for fall admission, I received my waitlist letter as an email.
  7. Congratulations everyone! Has there been a facebook group made?
  8. Do you guys think they are waiting until they form the final seats of people for this semesters cohort before they allow us to register for classes? I completed the PINS review quiz and turned in all the forms. I understand that the classes will never close up because its designed for the amount of seats they are accepting. I just want to get a general idea of what my semester schedule is looking like. Also, congrats on your acceptance!
  9. Hang in there, everyone. I feel like a lot more decisions will go out between next week, thanksgiving, and after. Stay strong. And for those who have heard back, have you guys been able to register for classes yet?
  10. If you're doing traditional, you don't need the drug test until you're approaching the second semester. If you're doing ACE, then you have to get a drug test since clinicals begin on their first semester.
  11. I submitted my application the day before the deadline (October 1). I think possibly the reason why I heard back so early is because I'm a second time applicant.
  12. Hey guys! I received my acceptance email for the traditional program on Tuesday around 5pm. Pretty much the same thing TMedic said. I wasn't expecting to find out so early. I'm 100% sure they'll keep sending decisions up to thanksgiving based on previous years. But please stay positive and hang in there y'all. Hope to see most of you soon!
  13. my stats are overall gpa: 3.95, science gpa: 3.66, and my score on the teas: 74 lol which is not high but unfortunately i'm not good at standardized tests :/
  14. Hello everyone! I am applying to just Traditional. This will be my second time applying, I got waitlisted last semester and they never opened up a space for me. But I am still hopeful. Hope everyone is having a great weekend. :)
