    @ bilin825: Note that the place needs to be considered a designated community which they describe as a place away from "census metropolitan areas; census agglomerations (geographic units) with an urban core population of 50 000 or more; and provincial capitals. " Since I live in Ontario I looked up "List of towns in Ontario" and I found that the places with the smallest population qualified. I would take a look at your province's towns if you are still looking for a place that qualifies.
