  1. I can’t wait to meet everyone! Is everyone in MN currently or out of state? Usually those on the waitlist will be notified right away via email and paper mail- also check the site counter as instructed too! From previous years- it looks like those waitlisted and accepted, the application status has not changed? Mine still says pending review for two years lol..
  2. That number on the waitlist on the website just means how many people they took off the waitlist to be accepted into that year. Soon you will see it updated to waitlist of 2020. I don’t know exactly how many were placed on the waitlist as they don’t tell you but from previous threads they take about 5-7 some years but I’m sure that varies significantly so I don’t want to give you misleading information.
  3. I am planning to. I had asked if it’s going to be a DNP program but that is still pending accreditation. So the DNP class could be 2020 or 2021. It hasn’t been official yet. I would frequently check the “Prospective Student” page to be up to date as I don’t know if they will make a formal announcement..
  4. I just saw this, sorry! We received a letter via paper mail and e-mail dates 5/31 asking us to confirm by 6/14 if we are attending (those off last year’s waitlist) so it should be shortly after that date they make a decision.
  5. Last year I received an e-mail dated 6/11/18 and was placed on the waitlist (the actual letter arrived like a day later in the mail). I have not received/ heard anything from St Mary’s yet so I don’t know if the ones on waitlist get notice first.
  6. I'm all the way in Los Angeles but it seems that the letter is coming today via informed delivery USPS but they also sent me a pdf of the letter via e-mail.
  7. I got an emailed copy of the letter today saying I'm waitlisted #3! Either way I'm happy and hope everyone hears good news!!
  8. Is the acceptance just a letter or is there a packet? I was just wondering what I have to look out for.
  9. Mine still says under review I'm freaking out in the living room as I type this!
  10. Decision letters are mailing out per prospective students page!!!! Everyone get ready!!!
  11. I don't know if anyone else noticed but under the "Prospective Students" tab it has been updated, they are processing applications for 2019 and the waitlist is now:0. So it begins! I also got an e-mail from Daniel because I had to send him supplementary info and he said they have moved onto the goal statements. Good luck everyone!
  12. Hello everyone! I applied back in September 2017 when I was filling out an application for MSA as well. I am still waitlisted at MSA so the chances of getting in this year are slim but my fingers are now crossed for St Mary's! The wait is absolutely killing me! I kind of wished they still did interviews, personal essays were never my forte.
