Don’t lose hope. You might be an alternate if someone declines the offer. Look into new grad programs like Cedars Sinai, CHOC, Miller children’s hospital, Huntington Hospital.

The offer letter says we have until May 9 to accept.

I got an email that said both units I applied to weren’t taking new grads. So I had two write a short paragraph about why I wanted to work in 2 other units. I got an email not too long ago letting me know they were going to hire in 4E Does anyone know what the differential for night shift and weekends is? How does the pay change after orientation?

Maybe they thought you’d be a good fit for that unit.
