Now i am worried. I just got news that i have RFE also. Mine was filed last june 2017. After a loong wait, this is what I get. So frustrating. I am not sure what do they still need. I am also about to become current but i still dont have the i-140 approval. Sigh.

Hi. I am from the Phils and has TX license, which just expired (because I don't want to spend extra for the TX renewal when my NY license is underway). I started my NY endorsement last March of 2017 and it's been a year already and I still don't have my license yet. The NYSED representative said my endorsement has been approved already and I'll just have to wait for the license. That was a month ago already but no progress. They sent an e-mail that they "lost" my form 1 and was asked to secure another copy to them, so I did. A week after, they asked a copy of my secondary (high school) diploma. What is this for? Now I am very anxious with this.
