I think the entity number is the same as like the "application number" or "file number" something in that nature. It has nothing to do with pass/fail or a license number. Sorry, I know the wait sucks!! I been there, keep your head up! :)

I got my letter a day after seeing the "application for licensure" in the drop down menu. Check it

I hear you! Did you check breeze and see if the "application for licensure" is in the drop down menu? That was my clue #2

Thank you @harris, when I seen the site had updated it was 3 weeks 1 day. However I did receive my official letter today in the mail 3/4/2018 So thay made it 3 weeks 2 days! Good luck to you!! Have you tried the PVT? Pop up?

I took mine 3/12/18 - No word yet! I did check the website and they are processing results from 3/6/18 so we are close!!
