Honestly, still weighing out the pros and cons for both programs. Our response isn't due until the 18th, but I need to really think about it ASAP. I don't know anyone else who got in. Did you go to LMC for your pre-reqs? And did you get accepted elsewhere also? I received 75 points total. How about you?

I got Alternate #17. Congrats to those who were offered admission! I got waitlisted at CSUEB Nursing program and offered a spot, which I accepted in a heartbeat. Best of luck to you all! í ½í¸Š

Hello everyone! I also received an email from the nursing department offering me a spot for the program. I am so excited and happy! :) To those on the waitlist, good luck y'all! I hope that you get in as well.

So we won't be receiving notifications this week, but next week instead?

I spoke with the Nursing department, and they said that it is the final decision on who got into the program. Not the lottery.

CONGRATULATIONS to those who got accepted :) I am also in the waitlist, but am very hopeful. I was reading previous class forums and learned that some students received notifications up until July. It just sucks though, because they were able to at least know where they rank in the waitlist. However, this year, it seems that the Nursing Dept is not going to provide this information. So, just have to patient, to my fellow waitlisters. Again, CONGRATS! And good luck to y'all :)

To those we received an email in regards Phase 1, I was wondering what your accumulated points are in Phase 1, if you don't mind sharing? Mine was 55 points total.

No other information at this time. Has anyone taken their TEAS yet?

UPDATE: spoke with Nursing department today. I was informed that they will notify us in regards phase 2 by mid May.

UPDATE: I spoke with admission and Nursing department today. I learned that it is mandatory that we meet the deadline to accept the offer of admission to CSUEB, which is by May 1st. If we do not get into the program, then they are able to give us a refund as long as we do not attend the orientation. Nursing department will notify students who are accepted in the program in May through email and mail.

That's what I was thinking too. It just doesn't make sense to me to accept admission to school if I'm not going to be in their nursing program... I'm going to follow up with admission some time this week to verify what we should do.

I applied some time in January, from what I recall. But I wasn't able to turn in all of my documents until mid Feb. hopefully, they'll inform us soon if we make it to phase 2. Have you guys taken your TEAS test yet?

Hello, I've received an email a week ago from the Nursing department. It basically shows that they received my application and just need to verify that the supporting documents I submitted matches with how much points I get in Phase 1. Did anyone else get this email???

I received an email today in regards update to admission for the Nursing program. It was titled "SF State: Pending Nursing Department Admission Decisions" when I checked my email. They will announce their decision this month of March! I'm so nervous and excited. Did you guys get this email also?
