  1. Did you do a declaratory order to notify the BON? How do they know about your situation? Are you concerned that you can keep your license but not find employment?
  2. Hi there. I was under investigation with CPS after just one week in the BSN program. No criminal or civil charges, my children weren't taken away. I was told it would most likely be dropped. Received a letter yesterday stating "reason to believe" there was abuse and now I'm on a central registry list until my son is 28. I've called a few BON attorneys who weren't sure how this will effect me getting my license or employment. How did this work out for you?
  3. So what did you find out? Can you work? I'm being investigated. It's been a nightmare. I'm in nursing school and plan to work in TX. I've talked to one BON lawyer who isn't sure about being on the central registry. Only knows it's a problem if there is a criminal charge.
