I got into TWU Houston so even tho I paid to reserve my spot at UIW I won't be attending and will decline my offer if I get into UTHSC.

42.16 no bumps for Houston. Probably the lowest admitted score lol. 84 on teas, 3.84 math and science, and 3.34 overall. Did my first two years at A&M in cstat.

I got into the Houston campus! I paid for uiw already but now I'm unsure of what to do...

I just called and she wouldn't give me a specific day. She just said this week before spring break we will find out.

ggranado, from my understanding not everyone gets an interview especially uiw students. I know two people in the nursing program now who attended UIW before and didn't get an interview.

Mine was about 15 minutes long. They are usually 10-15 minutes long. Uiw just had a 100% passing rate for the NCLEX. Their curriculum is spread over 5 semesters because they have an ICU core class compared to other schools who treat it as an elective. They only accept about 60 students each semester. It is a pretty great school with awesome staff and faculty. My mom is a nurse and said she noticed a big difference in the students who were doing their clinicals from UIW vs. UTHSCSA. Uiw students seem more engaged. I heard UTHSC was on probation about 2 years ago because of their low passing rate. However, they recently changed some things and now their scores have gone up.

I had my interview for UIW on Tuesday. Teas: 84. Math and science GPA: 3.67. Overall GPA: 3.34. Overall kinda low because I took Ochem and Bio 2 and got C's in them. I was previously pre-med at Texas A&M in College Station. They had called last Friday for an interview. Hopefully interviews are only this week and we find out Friday :-( BTW I also applied to UTHSCSA!
