I'm so sorry for your news! Did you apply to anywhere else? Keep trying! This was my second time applying so there's definitely hope!

I also applied at Alvin but their app deadline is end of this month, which means I probably won't hear from them until next month. Either way, both schools have great NCLEX pass rates. I'm just happy to be accepted overall so I've already accepted my offer!!!

Thanks Tmacky2!! I saw my acceptance from WebAdvisor but have not received a physical letter or email or anything. Did you? Also, do you happen to know when the accept/decline of our acceptance deadline is?

Hi all! I was accepted in the full-time program. So excited and congrats to those who have been accepted!

Did you have to ask her for your score? When I went in, she only gave me my gpa, not score.

Pre-req GPA 3.35. I didn't take school seriously enough when I first started so I hope that doesn't bite me . I've completed 6 of 7 courses (prerequisites + program curriculum courses; my micro grade doesn't count since it has expired). HESI Overall 91.3. My application is now complete so just waiting now!!! Starting this forum for the LVN program Fall 2018.

I am as well! First time though so still applying into the school.

After trying to make contact for over two weeks, I was finally able to set up an appointment to meet with the nursing dept advisor today. I also read previous forums emphasizing on TSI scores as well. You mentioned that they only base it on gpa grades of the prerequisites? Do you know if they consider anything else for additional points such as Hesi scores, etc? Just curious as to where I'll stand. Anyone have experience or know anyone who has attended or currently attending COM's Nursing programs? I would like to know how they feel about it or what it's like in comparison to other schools. The other forums doesn't really say.

Thanks for creating this thread! I'm also applying for the ADN Fall 2018 semester and will be seeing the Nursing Advisor soon. I too was going to ask the advisor about their points system. Thanks for sharing!
