Hi I have a question regarding this issue. I was convicted of a crime when I was still a minor in the state of Nevada but had it expunged from the court. I just went to do a fingerprint background check that used the same FBI databases via National Credit Databases that the BON uses (as I was told) and my report came back with no criminal records shown. I am just worried that even though the report I gotten back is negative for any records that once my BON runs my prints that they'll see my expunged records somehow. Can anyone let me know whether my personal check of my own prints will yield the same results for the BON when they run their own check? Thank you!
