  13. Hi there, Sacramento Nurses! I am a ICU RN BSN MN CCRN here in florida with almost two years experience in ICU setting in my local hospital here + (10yrs experience in the philippines) trying to break into the job market in the Sacramento area this coming January or febuary 2019 for a ICU nurse I am doing some research now to prepare myself & I was hoping the nurses community in sacramento could help me with some of my questions regarding pay + benefits Regarding the big employers there like Kaiser UCDavis Sutter and Dignity Health as i have a my family with me and im afraid that my salary cant compensate with the living expenses, salary range will do for a 2 yrs exp icu nurse Also can anyone suggest when do I start applying since jan 2019 is way too far from now also if anyone in Kaiser or sutter nurse can refer me to HR or managers that I can talk (but for jan feb 2019 job ) or maybe a referral program also in my situation that i have an experience 10 yrs as a nurse in another country do they include that on the calculation regarding my base pay? i have a california licence Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
