  1. That is correct, for flex, there is no break in between the semester. The only break you will get will be the end the semester until the start of the next. Here is a the current model of route of the flex program. Let me know if you need further information and I'll be gladly to help.
  2. There are total of 6 semesters for Flex. It is manageable in the beginning of the program. I work full time and found it to be manageable during Semester 1A, 1B, 2A. For Semester 2B, this is where you start the first clinical placement. It will be 2 days per week (in my case, it was on Tue/Wed, 7hrs per day). My work was kind enough to let me attend clinical placement during the week and I can make up my hours as soon as I'm done the shift. It gets stressful and school work will pile up. So it is important to keep up with readings. In my experience, Flex works well for me because I would not be able to handle the amount of school work each semester and working almost 60hrs per week. As kim1l mentioned, it really depends on your situation and how much you think you can handle. Hope this helps.
  3. I hope to meet you all at the orientation tomorrow! :)
  4. Anyone here attending the orientation?
  5. Welcome on board! I was only allowed to create my timetable today and therefore not in any of the blocks. I was put in a different section. Hopefully, I will meet all of you soon =)
  6. Hi! I don't have a timetable yet but hopefully the system will allow me soon once the registration block is cleared. I would love to see what blocks/sections are still available at this time so I have an idea what my options are for this semester.
  7. Hello! I will be starting Practical Nursing Flex at Centennial on January 22nd too! Excited and scared!
