  1. I'm accepted too!! Yay!!!! Provisional admit, as well. Taking my last three pre-reqs this semester, and definitely pushing for high B's or A's!
  2. Congratulations!! Must be such a relief!
  3. Just called them because I HAD to know lol: She said admissions decisions will come out "end of this week and beginning of next week"!!!! I prefaced my question with, "I'm so sorry for this question because I know you get it 100x a day, but......" haha
  4. Hopefully this is our week to hear back! I submitted pretty early (Jan 5), so I feel like I've been waiting forever haha.
  5. Anyone checking surfs like every hour knowing that it's not gonna be up for at least another week? lol. It's an addiction. I'm glad I have this thread to keep me grounded haha. Here are my stats: Applied to Baltimore campus Science GPA: 4.0 Overall GPA: 3.905 TEAS exam: 84.7% TEAS National Percentile: 94 A&P1 and A&P2 Professor recommendations EMT-B experience Prior military (USMC) Pre-reqs left: micro, nutrition, and stat. I'm a little worried about my low-ish TEAS score, but hopefully my experiences and GPA will make up for it! I'm super nervous!!
  6. Yes, definitely! I'm still just gonna hope for first week of April, so I stay patient enough to keep my sanity lol
  7. Mine just changed to that too! According to past UMSON Fall threads, it seems that the first round of decisions come out in early April. I don't remember reading anyone's changing to committee ready this early though, so maybeeeee they'll come before then, but who knows! :)
  8. @Rb72390 No, I totally get what you mean - especially in the math section. I found the math to be the easiest. Some of the reading/english questions are so easy that they're difficult because they make you second guess yourself haha. I found the science questions to be incredibly specific too, so it's easiest if you've recently taken A&P2. Besides the science section, if you've gotten decent grades and actually paid attention throughout high school and college, then you're probably set because many of the questions are super basic. Also, just verify that you have the study guide for the right version of the test. I'm really not sure how much of a difference there is between them, but I'd stick with the one you're taking!
  9. @Rb72390 oh good! Yeah, I'm sure they'll get there in time. I took mine in November, just in case I bombed it, but I got an 84.7% with a 94 National Percentile, so I was happy with that score! I bet you'll do great. The practice tests help a lot; it's definitely worth the money to use em.
  10. @Rb72390 Cuttin' it close on taking the TEAS in late Jan, but I bet you'll rock it given the awesome grades you have! Just make sure you send the scores as soon as you can, so they get there on time. Is this your first time taking the TEAS?
  11. Hello! I definitely want to connect with other UMSON Fall 18 hopefuls! This is my first time applying to nursing school, but I'm hoping that my stats are good enough to pull through. I applied to the Baltimore campus as well.
