  1. Congrats to everyone who have gotten the scholarship. If you've been accepted for the award, I encourage you to please go to the Facebook page in respect for those who have yet to hear back. We don't want to cause any extra anxiety for people. ?
  2. what's the name of the facebook page?
  3. yeah guys some of us may hear something tomorrow, while others may hear something next week. If you call they will just tell you the same thing, the call center only answers questions about the application and generic questions about the scholarship. You honestly just have to wait it out and check in with everyone on here. They legit sent stuff out on the 30th lol
  4. it would be an electric signature on the bottom on your contract.
  5. Try taking out a private loan. It's gonna suck, but if you get rewarded they will pay it back.
  6. Also if you haven't gotten a finalist email yet keep hope alive. People literally got emails as late as September 24th.
  7. Things aren't completely certain guys until we get a participant email. Signature is a good sign, but sometimes they run out of funding. I looked back last year and people legit go dropped last minute because they ran out of money. ?
  8. I got a signature as well ? Congrats to everyone
  9. No not yet still in final review Depending on when you got your finalist email, you should have already gotten a credit check.
  10. Your status would change to awarded or participant and you would have a new login. This login would require you to put your social and date of birth in to create. In your contract would be a countersignature from the secretary of health and human services. If she didn't sign it then it's not valid. ? but don't worry people didn't hear back or have countersignatures until late September. They're still picking new finalist and they have to compare who should get the scholarship and who won't.
  11. Everyone who got that email yesterday, check your contract to make sure there is countersignature from the secretary of health and human services. It must be signed or the contract is not official.
  12. There should be a new wave of emails coming in next week. So keep hope alive.
  13. Hey guys they'll be doing maintenance this Saturday. So maybe this is a good sign. Also, have there been any new finalist recently?
  14. @RNbub Same lol I don't want to even worry about it until then ?
  15. When looking back contracts weren't signed until September 20th.
  16. It honestly might have been a glitch. A lot of students had issues with their account in pervious years.
  17. I honestly feel like we won't here anything back for a few weeks ?
  18. No not yet, have you received a credit check?
  19. @puisingra2013 Hmmm that's strange, I've always had the participant option that's located in roles ever since I created an account. The participant portal won't be activated until you have a signed contract and have been selected. In the NCSP Applicant section you will see your overall status and your contract with your signature is beneath. Your contract that's in your file will only have your signature from when you signed and sent off your school verification. The next notice you will receive will be a signature from the secretary for HRSA and that's if you are selected to be a participant. I'm sorry you're having this issue I know it's frustrating.
  20. Your contract should be in your portal. If you go to Nurse Corps SP and click on that tab, it will show your status and your contract. I hope you got it that would be so amazing. Praying for you ?
  21. Mine still has in final review. A credit check doesn't mean you have the scholarship, they are just looking for any default.
  22. wait do you have a signed contract by the secretary? Because your contract has to be singed. Just make sure your overall application status says participant. This system has a lot of glitches, you want to make sure your contract has been singed off by the secretary of HRSA. If it hasn't then your contract isn't valid.
  23. Did you go to your roles at the top corner? Select the Nurse Corps SP applicant option and if you see participant there that means you have been selected to be a participant.
  24. Is this for NurseCorps? Is this Nurse Corps?
