Oh, I am so sorry to hear that you could not get in this time. And you were a nursing student already!! I hope you have a good luck for next time entry. I have a question about the lowest points that the nursing dept accepted. Is that including all the extra competitive points?

Hmm i do not remember the max points on the top of my head right now. But I got 64 from the prerequisites and 8 additional competetive points!

I am pretty sure it's for RN program.

Did you get an email from the health dept? I received an email yesterday saying that I am conditionally selected. I need to submit a registration card or whatever to keep the seat.

I have not. After we submit the additional points sheets, I think we will hear if we are in or not. But at least we are on the Category 1 which sounds like preliminary acceptance to the program!!! Good luck :)

I just received a email from the nursing dept. My points are 64 according to the attachment and it says I have been entered into the Health Competitive Process as a Category 1 applicant. I guess I am in??? IDK lol. How about you?? I am still going to submit the bonus point sheet to get higher points.

I had to make it clear at the first place. I knew it would make you confused. I meant 2 classes of eng and 2 classes of phy so i said 4 classes for total. Lol Ok. A&P is 4 credit so it is supposed to be 16. So i guess my calculation is right. Thanks!

Wait, i got As from 4 English classses and Physiology classes. And A&P1. Can you see if my calculation is right? : (4pointsX3creditsX4classes) + (4pointsX4creditsX1clasd) + 6 points from extra points sheet so I got 70 from this calculation. Do we get 4 points got A?

Do we have to take the humanities? I thought you could apply without taking it and the humannities/arts do not get extra points. I have not taken A&P 2 either. I have 70 points so far. And I am working as a CNA but I do not know if I need to get a letter from my work just to get 1 more extra point. Ugh...

Yed, we get points from Eng111 and112 or 114 , Psy 150 and 241, and A&P 1 and 2! How many points do you have so far including extra points? I heard the last semester people who have around 40-45 points got accepted, but it sounds not really trusting lol becaue it is easy to get 40-45 points.

Hey, I applied this month. I finished all pre reqs except A&P2, and made all of them A. And finished TEAS. Did you receive any email from them since you applied? I only saw a confirmation page after I applied, but there was no followup email or anything.
