Hey all. I created a Facebook page this morning. If you search for "Linfield Nursing Spring 2019 Cohort", it should come up unless I royally messed something up. My first name starts with a C (I think it's okay to say that) just in case you want confirmation it's the right group.

I understand your feelings. I got waitlisted the first time I applied to nursing school (not at Linfield, but still) and it's not a great feeling. I have my fingers crossed for you though and am at least optimistic you'll hopefully be near the top of the list! Great to see another Salem-ite too.

Thinking good thoughts for you. At least one person on here who was already accepted will open up a waitlist spot, so that's a positive. I don't think most people (if any) received financial aid letters with their acceptances so I'd guess there may be those accepted who unfortunately won't be able to pay since it's kind of costly. Hopefully this helps a little?

I'm planning on starting one in the morning and I'll post all the details. I'm a SW Portland girl myself but my boyfriend will be finishing his final semester of law school down in Salem in the spring so I can definitely see some carpooling happening :)

Congratulations! Looking forward to meeting you! Random question for you (and anyone else this ends up applying to), but would you guys be at all interested in starting a Facebook group for the cohort? I saw them for previous cohorts and thought it might be fun to start one.

I was a drama queen and asked them to hold it at the school for me to pick up so I wouldn't worry about that one too much lol. I think you'd be totally fine doing that.

Yes, they were sent just a little bit ago! I actually just opened mine and I got in! So excited and can't wait for everyone else to find out and for the cohort to start meeting :)
