Uh, does anyone know what time zone allnurses is in? But yeah I emailed the recruiter today around 9AM (Jan 18th), and she said they *should* be extending offers tomorrow (Jan 19th, Fri)

Talked with the recruiter. She said they are finalizing the decisions today and will start calling with offers tomorrow!

Did you call Kaitlyn or was this another recruiter? That's unfortunate... I've read lots of stories about that happening. I hope they get back to you! They verbally offered you, the least they could do is tell you they decided to go with another candidate or follow up in any way!

So those of you who didn't get an offer... did you get a rejection email? I know someone got a rejection email but I still haven't gotten one. I'm wondering if it's because MedSurg departments are still deciding or if they just forgot to send me one.

Did you have anywhere to upload those documents? I was only allowed to make a profile, which it submitted at the end for me. I didn't see anywhere to upload documents or anything at all. Is this the same case for you?

Hi everyone, anyone from previous cohorts in year 2017 can elaborate on if the interviews were one-on-one or panel interviews? Are we interviewing for all departments or what's happening? What kind of questions - behavioral, situational or typical tell me about yourself type questions?

Is there a way you can contact the employer to let them know that you definitely do not smoke marijuana and will do a urine test to prove it? To be honest, your boyfriend should've been more wary that you were interviewing and getting jobs as well, and should have tried to stay away from you when he smoked.

Hi everyone! I am a new grad nurse and have just scheduled an interview with the ED director of a hospital. My nursing program did not have a rotation in ED, nor did it have a preceptorship at the end. Instead, I did a quality improvement project at a community hospital for 3 months. Because of this, I actually have no relative experience in ED, but know that I am fully interested in the ED. I am also highly adaptable and calm under stressful, fast-paced environments. I am wondering if anyone can give me advice on how I can sell myself in the ED department because of my background? What questions will I expect as a new grad? Thank you!!!
