The reason i applied to Binghamton is because I'm local and i graduated undergrad at hofstra in '14. For me, i dont think i can afford moving elsewhere and going to school. I had a 3.2 gpa when i initially applied. My pre-req was a 3.5( 3 pre-reqs i didnt finish yet). I was a biology (pre-professional/micro bio, chem minor) I have a lot of volunteer and shadowing at the hospital on my resume and ive been a narcotic pharmacy tech supervisor for 2 yrs.

Hi!! I applied early and i'm waiting for a decision as well. I actually applied last cycle but it was every late. I didnt get everything submitted until mid-late november and didn't have all my pre-reqs done until last spring. I was waitlisted but wasnt lucky enough to get in. Hopefully second times a charm.

I'm still waiting to hear back. Just curious what is everyone's bachelors degree/background? I have a Bio degree and I'm a currently narcotic pharm tech supervisor at a LTC pharmacy

My admissions advisor called me yesterday. I didn't answer because I was at work but he called to see if I had any questions about the program/application and that they were just waiting for my progress report to come in to finish reviewing my application. I'm so scared I'm gonna get waitlisted because I still need to take a&p in the spring. My gpa is a 3.2 but my prereqs are about a 3.4 rn. And I have an A in A&P 1 with 6+ yrs volunteering and shadowing doctors. And 2+ years as a pharmacy tech supervisor. So I'm hoping it boosts my application so *fingers crossed*
