  1. I have been doing all of the cooking since my grandmother passed away a 7 years ago. I am going to make a traditional turkey with homemade sausage stuffing, cider-brine Cornish hens with apple, pecan, cranberry, & sausage stuffing, brown sugar glazed turkey hams, kale & mustard greens, seafood mac and cheese, potato salad, mac & tuna salad, lasagna, baked yams, sweet potato & pumpkin pie, red velvet cheesecake cake, carrot cheesecake cake, hummingbird cake, chocolate cake, and deviled eggs with lump crab meat. It's alot but I give 2 or 3 trays away to my friends who have no family left that cooks for the holiday. I am so excited to get in the kitchen lol
  2. Wow, you just made me a believer. A nurse friend of mine got her MSN ( I believe) from them and I was concerned that places wouldn't accept her degree. she was already working anyway so I never inquired anymore about if her job would accept it or not. You hear so many horror stories about online degrees. I am glad that you proved people wrong. Congrats!
  3. Lol a Christmas story
  4. Hello,I would like to start off by saying that I am sorry for your loss. It sounds like you are still morning your dad. I don't think you should quit the program. Maybe you need a break but your dad knew how much you wanted to be a nurse so don't give up. However, if you decide you want to take a different route in patient care, I am sure you will find your niche. Best of luck.
