  1. About a month. Last year I applied very late 8/31 my interview date was 10/27 one of the last waves. They accept as they interview so I wasn't sure how many spots were left come October when I interviewed. Last year they had a huge number of applications 170. They interviewed round 60, accepted 15 waitlisted 5-9ish. I was waitlisted. :-( This year I got an interview a few weeks after resubmitting.
  2. Hey everyone!! It's that time again! Any of my waitlist friends going for an interview? Mine is in September :-)
  3. Did anyone here who got waitlisted get a call? Anyone going to CRNA school off the waitlist?
  4. I have a few questions, Is it possible to get a new job without your future boss contacting your new boss? What is the most professional way to go about this, I have no interest in sharing any info with my new employer about my boss, but the short version is she is bulling me. I have been at my job 9 years no issues she has been there 2 and is making my life hell. I need out!
  5. Being waitlisted is hard, I just want to moarn not getting in. Instead I have a tiny bit of hope, not sure which is worse. Anyone get any useful advice from the school or info on the waitlist?
  6. Totally not related but are you from CT? If you have not retaken your science classes from undergrad I would do that first. That will make a huge impact, not only in your GPA but also in how determined you are to get into school. I think that experience helps beacuse the pool is full of 1 to 2 year out of school candidates however many have near perfect GPA and great GRE scores. I plan to take the GRE's, I have also reached out to the director via email for some tips for next year.
  7. Also who did you speak with, did you email the program director?
  8. Undergrad combined: I have an ASN and BSN was 3.7 Science GPA was almost 3.8ish (I think) all A's only one B. I retook all my science classes from undergrad and got all A's except A&P I didnt retake that so its still a B. 10 years in Nursing 8 in CICU 2 in Medical-Sugical and Trauma ICU ACLS, PALS, BLS CCRN FCCS and TNCC and I did not take the GRE's. Did you take the Gre's? What was your score if you did.
  9. Did anyone think about calling and asking what number they are on the list?
  10. Well if they waitlisted 5, we are all here. LOL I do know someone who was waitlisted and got into there program, so there is small hope. Are you guys from CT or out of state? Anyone waiting on any other schools?
  11. I wonder how many people they waitlist? Did you just get your email today?
  12. I also interviewed in October (last week of October) and have not heard anything yet. Some people interviewed sooner and were already accepted. I'm not sure if there were more interviews after the 10/27 group
