New Grad, Phoenix, HELP!!
I'm hoping I'll hear something by Friday or sooner! I was curious on how many positions they have to fill/ if they get new grad openings each week.

New Grad, Phoenix, HELP!!
I just had an interview with Banner yesterday but I haven't received a call yet so I'm anxious because I heard they hire on the spot, I'm just a worrier! Can I ask what hospital/health care system you interviewed with?

New Grad, Phoenix, HELP!!
I've been doing the same thing, I also passed the NCLEX early June. I'm in the same boat though, I don't care what unit I start out on but I want to work as a new grad at a hospital with a good program and training. It's just very discouraging, hopefully we have some luck here soon!

That's how I'm feeling, I have tech experience but I haven't even gotten any interviews. Have you applied pretty much everywhere as well?

New Grad, Phoenix, HELP!!
Did you graduate from a school in the area? I was wondering if maybe hospitals took preference over new nurses that had clinical experience at their hospital. Back where I'm from 90% of my cohort had jobs lined up and seemed to get interviews fairly easy but I am struggling here in Phoenix.

Banner New Grad RN Program
Hello, I am a BSN new grad and I have applied to many new grad programs at different hospitals in the Phoenix area, I have also just passed NCLEX and received my Arizona license. Do you have any tips for scoring a new grad job? I've applied to the Banner new grad positions a few times but have not heard anything back. Any tips/advice is helpful!

New Grad, Phoenix, HELP!!
Hello! I graduated with my BSN in May of this year and I am scheduled to take the NCLEX in the next week. I went to nursing school in the Midwest and I have been applying to almost every new grad RN position in Phoenix. I haven't had any luck, I've applied to Banner, Phoenix Childrens, Honor Health, Abrazo, Dignity Health, Mayo, etc. I'm starting to feel very discouraged, as I want/need to start my career. I have tech experience and I am most interested in a new grad program preferably with magnet status. My question is: are my applications just getting denied because I have not officially taken/passed the NCLEX yet? Also any advise for my search would be so so appreciated! Thanks :)

Moving to PHX, Hospitals/Recommendations/Tips
I'll do that thank you! Is it true that you need to have experience as a tech in peds to get a new grad position there? I'm a tech currently on a tele floor but have not worked on a pediatric unit so I was just curious!

Moving to PHX, Hospitals/Recommendations/Tips
Thank you! Are there any other hospitals I should avoid or any other besides Mayo that you've heard good things about? One of the most important things for me is for the staff to be welcoming, friendly, respectful and helpful so it's nice to hear from someone that is familiar of the hospitals!

Moving to PHX, Hospitals/Recommendations/Tips
I saw there were a few different Banner hospitals in the Phoenix area when I was searching, is there a specific one that seems to be preferred or are they all about the same? Thank you for the tips btw!
