  1. thats great u r keep going with what u chose. do u have any regret over giving up engineer or do u enjoy healthcare field and engineer same degree? I think that's great decision if u can use both interest.
  2. Yeah it kinda makes sense. But what do you mean by care. Like.. using medical knowledge or just empathy. Anyways, thank you for replying.
  3. Sorry I have several questions is CNA just advanced version of caregiving, which one is less stressful? Do you have to be interested in medical field or caring field to enter both jobs? Is CNA job only worth it if youre planning to go for medical field? Thanks
  4. then do you care about the patients you treat at all?
  5. thx everyone for reply. I understand your point. it's like sense of security in mind to have license job that is paying well, always there, and little study. and for some who say it's calling, do you at least enjoy cuz u cannot be called to scarifies your sanity. like how can you love god when your miserable. like even if its calling. im just asking.. how do you feel when you feel it is called? do you feel sense of joy to help patients, do you feel like you should save patients from evil hospital environment, do you feel like your moral is so great that you will be extraordinary superhero nurse, or just from young did you love helping others, etc,? anyways good luck every one.
  6. can i ask what you ended up doing?
  7. so wouldn't u like patternmaking type of job, I know they earn alot. I just wana figure out if it's worth it going to nursing for money. is nursing toll to your health if you dont like it. Or manageable ? I just wanna know what type of mindset you need everyday in the patient care to keep job enjoyable or at least endurable. thank you for reply and thx again
  8. what do you mean by medicine exactly? I know what it means but in your definition... thank you...
  9. can anyone share the reason for choosing nursing in the first place? whether it's stupid, practical, reasonable reasons. thankss
  10. if any nurse has interest in other career, how did u give up and are (were)you planning to pursue later? i think many nurses might have other talents in area beside nursing cuz thye are human too if so did you give up for money or something else? do you regret decision or happy
  11. Does anyone here do nursing for money only? + maybe with little reason? How do you cope with the job if so, like in terms of your moral adjustment For me, I don't like direct care, and i don't believe in many things that hospital do to patients. I go for job security in short time of study. pls only reply if you can relate.. thank u
  12. does anyone know if you're disqualified if you send official instead of unofficial transcript... Thank you again.
  13. Thank you very much. Goodluck to your interview!
  14. I am nervous because I have not gotten email yet. Do they look at other factors such as number of W's or GPA and experience, and not just overall points?
  15. So they tell you if you got in or not through email?
