   I'm not sure but I want to say 24 people get accepted for each quarter? And there are 80 people qualified for the fall/winter lottery.

   END OF AUGUST?! That is ridiculous! Their own website said to allow 4-6 weeks to process applications, I am on pins and needles here. The last time I emailed someone she said to expect a response by mid August.... this has gotten really frustrating. ...
