I think it's typically 22-24 people. I think it's pretty random even with the weighted scores. But many people got in that were on alternate lists so don't worry if you don't get accepted right away. You have a pretty good chance of getting in based on the number of people that applied in Fall, the number of people that went somewhere else, and the number of people who held out for TCC that were accepted. Did anyone get the pre orientation email that we are supposed to get today yet?

Congrats to you guys as well! Lisbrow, don't give up hope, I imagine many of the people who got accepted already got accepted elsewhere. They could still call you up!

I just got the acceptance email for Fall!

I tried calling but only got an answering machine. I really need to start working on contingency plans if I don't get accepted so it would be nice to know.

Looking at a thread from last year it looks like it took them about a week to send out acceptance emails. Hopefully they are quicker than that this year, im so anxious!

If you do call please let us know what they say! I can't believe they can make us wait until late August. More and more I'm starting to think its a way to make the applicant pool smaller. EVERY other school has sent out acceptances by now I'm sure.

I'm worried they have a lot of applicants too. This is really frustrating though. All other colleges have sent out acceptances a long time ago. This is the only one I've applied to because I do not have a health care license and most require that or additional prerequisites that I haven't done. So my fingers are crossed.

Hi everyone, I'm wondering who else applied at Tacoma Community College for Fall/Winter this year? I'm impatiently waiting for the lottery to be posted. What are you expecting your lottery numbers to be? Have you heard anything about the number of applicants? Do you have a backup school in mind? Looking forward to hopefully meeting some of you when the program starts!
