  1. This is so good to here! I realize this is an old post but im kind of going through something similar! I wrote the NCLEX 1 week ago today in Canada. We do not have access to quick results here so of course, i tried the PVT. Only i tried it 4 hours AFTER taking the test...not the "recommended" 24 hours. I got the "bad pop-up" and it took my payment. I have been devastated. However, on Friday (4 days after my exam) out of curiosity I went on the Board of Nursing website for my province, searched my name, and there I was "registered nurse", "active", with a license number. I have NOT received any results yet so I am not certain if the PVT is factual in that I failed based on it accepting my payment, or if my name on the BON site with a "active registered nurse" and license number means I passed?? I spent days crying so Im scared to get my hopes up!
  2. No, 24hrs AFTER I wrote and about 20hours AFTER getting the "bad pop-up"; I got the good pop up. But I think that's because it took my money the first time I tried :/
  3. I still don't know. We don't have access to Quick Results. Tomorrow is one week since I wrote! Most ppl I graduated with that wrote recently found out 7-10days after writing! I am so nervous. I hope my name on BON is a good thing! And good luck to you!
  4. Good luck to you!!! I hope the PVT doesn't mean anything in your case!
  5. So good to hear! I just hope it's accurate and Up to date and not an error or something. Stupid PVT tainted me!
  6. I know! At first, I didn't put I my correct security code and it said "declined". I wasn't educated in that fact that this still meant "bad pop up" because it tried the card; I just figured because I didn't give the correct info that I wouldn't get "accurate" (or as accurate as they are) PVT results. To make it worse, it's not $200.00 in Canada; it's $360.00!! Honestly tho, with how devastated I've been believing I failed all week, I'd gladly sacrifice that if it meant I passed. As I'm still scared that this is a typo or something because I haven't seen results. Crazy the PVT convinces me but my BON doesn't! Praying it's all accurate, and that that is in fact my licence number and I am in fact a RN! Thanks for the response, I'm clearly impatient as heck!
  7. Hey guys! Just wanted input to determine if my experience has happened to anyone else who has taken the NCLEX. I have been reading dozens and dozens of posts about PVT, because lets be real, I did it too and I got the "bad pop-up". However, today I checked (July.28th,2017) on our provincial board of nursing website and my verification read "registered nurse" "active" with a license number. I am SOOOO confused. For me, seeing a name and a license number is pretty legitimate, but could it be a whoops? However, I have NOT received results yet, I got the "bad pop-up" 5 hours after taking my exam (my credit card went entirely through and I got a receipt), I have NOT received an "ATT" yet though. We don't have access to quick results in Canada and I'm going on day 5 with no results (it's been taking around 7-10days). Has anyone ever experienced this? Your name and "active" license number with "registered nurse" along side it BEFORE seeing any results? And especially after getting the "bad pop up". (To clarify, NO I did NOT wait 24hrs)(yes I realize this was a gamble) someone shed some light on this for me:)
