  1. Hi everyone who has been accepted into the CTC PN Fall semester!! My name is Kaitlyn and I am part of the senior cohort. So excited for y’all! The whole senior cohort will be giving y’all a warm welcome! We will see y’all in the next few weeks!! Congratulations!!
  2. That sounds like a great idea!
  3. I received an email from the program director listing our first five classes! There is other information listed in the email as well. Exciting!!
  4. I believe we will be able sign up for classes during orientation or at least be given a schedule during that time. We did receive the list of books with the acceptance letter. We will get an email about where to get our books as a bundle, but I have not received that yet. I have been researching tips from other PN students, like things they did to prepare.
  5. I am so sorry to hear that. Maybe if someone denies their seat into the program you might receive another letter that could be an acceptance. I hope everything works out for you!
  6. YAY!! Congratulations!
  7. That is a great idea! I have not looked on Facebook, but this is the only one on this website I know of so far.
  8. YAY! Congratulations!
  9. I received mine through the mail. Do not be nervous. Maybe it was meant to be your route to go through PN first before RN. I got a 66 on my TEAS, so I think all the potential individual scores are really different. I do not know anyone else that has received their acceptance letter. Most of my friends were accepted into the RN program, so I don't know anyone personally who has applied for the PN. Fingers crossed!!
  10. Hi! I have also applied for the Spring 2019 PN program. I received my acceptance letter today in the mail! I hope everyone receives theirs as well!!
  11. I met with my healthcare advisor in March. She did encourage me to retake the TEAS and apply for the ADN program since I have all the prerequisites. Where I am at now, I want to get my PN first then do a bridge program. Since I am applying for Spring 2019, she told me that not many students apply for that semester compared to fall and that I would be considered competitive for the spring application. She did not inform me on what the range of GPA applicants they have.
  12. Hi, I am getting nervous wondering if I will get accepted into the PN Program at my school. I have a 3.9 GPA, but I scored a 66% on my TEAS, on both attempts. Since I scored the same on my second attempt of the TEAS, I'm not sure if I will retake the test again because I have the grade I need to get into the program. Other students who are applying for the program might have a higher TEAS score than I do. I don't know how they determine who gets into the program or not, and I am worried if what I have is enough. Does anyone have any advice? Is anyone applying for the PN program at Chattahoochee Technical College?

I haven't thought about looking at apps that are provided on my phone before you mentioned it. I have recently installed one on my phone and so far so good! I will probably download another just to see if there are differences between the two. Thank you!

Thank you so much for replying! I have checked out the link you provided and I have enjoyed reviewing a few materials from the website!
  15. Hello everyone, I have been studying for the Teas all summer while taking a summer class. I am at the brink end on finishing the science portion in the study manual. I feel confident when studying the flash cards I have made, but I get anxious when thinking about the day of the test (which I have not signed up for quite yet). I have not taken the Teas exam yet and this year will be my first attempt. I have know idea what to expect the day of the test. Can anyone can give me any advice that has helped you leading up to the test or the day of the test?
