I caved in and paid for quick results and paid for quick results. Its day 3 and florida still hasnt posted exam results or activated license. They usually activate license in 24-48 hours. The BON says it can take from 1-5 days for pearson to transmit scores. It seems that people who test @ 8 fare better. When I tried the trick, the site cleared data when info was incorrect. I ended up using my bank card. In my case all the credit card data had to be correct before I could submit the payment. A prepaid card with low balance is perhaps the way to go. There are 3 steps involved. you will not be permitted to proceed to step 3 if you passed. Its similar to making any purchase except if you passed you dont get to proceed to the receipt page. They cannot charge for a test that will not be administered

Difficulty is subjective,but i thought the exam was relatively easy. All the topics were in saunders. even if the exact question wasnt. most of my questions had 6 choices, but only pick answers that you believe are correct. for example if you are only sure of 2 choices only pick 2. Trust what you remember and what you learned. If the saunders is used correctly everyone who use it should pass. Ome thing Ive learned from doing a lot of questions is that I didnt know as much as I thought I knew. Its the simple questions that will get you and sometimes require the most thought. So when youre studying always ask why and what. I forgot to mention I also used LaCharity. My teachers taught me the do not delegate what you EAT rule, I used the do not delegate what you EATS rule for UAPs. I added the S for sterile procedures. Took exam today. I got over 30 SATA. q4-23 was all Sata. After 23, there was only two questions that i had 2 non sata in a row. No math or hot spot question. there was about 10 psych, peds and ob combined. Lots of delegation and prioritization. In my case the SATA reflected difficulty because i am confident I got the questions that broke the SATA torture wrong.

Hello. It means the program has enough data to determine competency. Imagine the nclex like a graph. After #75 The computer throws a set of questions at u, if dip below or rise above the line it shuts off. If your straddling the line , it repeats until 265. Wishing u the best.

If you know you are capable go for it! I am currently working in home care. I have seen many older nurses over the years. One nurse in my PN class was in her sixties and a few were in their 50s. You need to research which option is best for you. Some for profit nursing schools such are expensive, but you will have a diploma in 2 years. Speak to an advisor about pre reqs that can be obtained via CLEP, DANTES etc. I did a 1year PN program, and just completed my RN . I attended a board certified nursing program. I plan to start a BSN-MSN in january via an accredited online nursing program. There are many paths to get a nursing license, the only thing that can restrict you is you. The pay is good and the student loan repayment is low. In addition you can choose jobs that fit your pace eg. hospital, visiting,homecare, school....Good luck
