  1. Hey guys! I was accepted into the evening program, however I was also accepted into the AU program so I will be going there instead. Congrats to everyone who got in, and to anyone who didn't keep going! Best of luck everyone
  2. I signed up for Tuesday April 24th! How about you?
  3. I just got the call saying I am accepted as well!! So excited! Congrats Siprichodko!! :-)
  4. same! what's your TEAS/ GPA if you don't mind me asking?
  5. hey CeeLoo_xo! Ugh I've been super jittery too lol I'm going crazy! I was reading posts from the Fall of 2017 and it looks like they found out on March 7th so hopefully it's not too much longer for us! Good luck to you too!:-)
  6. Hey guys, I emailed an advisor about the "applicant nursing" thing and she said that it's based off of what you put on the admissions application. She said if we selected Associates in Arts there were specializations to choose from including applicant LPN transition, applicant nursing, etc. But whether it says it or not our major will be changed to Nursing (NU500) if we are accepted into the program. Hopefully this helps!
  7. I just checked mine and it hasn't changed... Where does it show it?
  8. Hey everyone! I'm wondering if anyone here has applied to the Aurora University Nursing Program for the fall of 2018 or if anyone has any information about the program? I'm super anxious waiting for decisions to come out!!
  9. Yeah I totally understand! I applied at Aurora University because they offered me a transfer scholarship of $8,000 per year so I'm waiting to hear from them as well. I feel like my GPA isn't that good and I dropped anatomy the first time and then only passed with a C the second time I took it :/ otherwise I probably would've applied to a few other programs.
  10. NSA2RN-ONC, Did you apply to any BSN programs? You have a really good TEAS score and GPA!
  11. Hello! When I applied last semester, I had all of my pre reqs done except for one and scored a 70 on the TEAS. I didn't do well on the science portion of the test and I know they take a special look at that. This time around I scored a 77 on the TEAS (studied my butt off for the science section!) and now have all of my pre reqs completed. My GPA is only a 3.2 but I'm hoping for a better result this time!:-)
  12. Thanks, best of luck to you too! But yes, last semester it took about 4-5 weeks for qualifying emails to come out and then another 2-3 weeks to let us know if we were accepted or not. I believe the applicants who are accepted into the program get a phone call before the emails come out. The wait is definitely a drag! Good luck to everyone! Can't wait for decisions to come out so we can all breathe
  13. Hey! I'm applying for the JJC fall 2018 program as well! I applied last semester and unfortunately didn't make it in, so I re took my TEAS and tried again for the fall semester! I'm pretty familiar with the whole process so feel free to ask me any questions!! Good luck to you!
  14. Hey guys!!! I applied for the spring 2018 program as well. I have a 3.2 gpa and got a 70 on my TEAS with all gen eds/ pre reqs/ CNA completed. Definitely not the best teas score or gpa but still hopeful! Has anyone heard anything yet? The anticipation is killing me lol
