I received my welcome email from GWCC last week! Tons of INFO!!! Im so excited!!! Also had my orientation with Ottawa last week :)

I don't believe the rejection letters haven went out yet. I have seen a few people get accepted today and also, someone from GCC posted that they received a notification saying they did not get placed in the original round but, they were on the alternate list.

Hi Apple-Core, I will be starting with Ottawa next month. Do you mind sharing how your experience has been so far? I was just accepted to the CEP program March 1st so, I am in the very beginning. My experience with -------------- has been great so far.

I've seen many people with acceptances for uiu. They might be done with the first round of placement according to multiple people on Facebook. I had to turn in my acceptance letter before the 7th so, another round should go out after that.

Congrats!!! Good thing they got it figured out!!! Something similar happened to another girl with GWCC. She actually forgot to put her email on the application so she called in and was informed of her acceptance :)

I was accepted to GWCC evenings/OU !!! Received my email overnight I guess. I woke up at 4am, randomly checked my email and seen it!!

Maricopa community colleges consistently top the chart for best schools in Arizona. Mesa community college recently won #1 school in AZ. I am not familiar with any other schools as of now. Hope you get more feedback!

Also, I know someone that called the hotline and inquired about if the emails would be sent out today or not (earlier) and they were told that the intention was to send them out today but, most likely they will be out tomorrow afternoon.

Sure, the name of the group is Maricopa Nursing Program-U.S.A. It's very active. We have a thread going where everyone will let us know when they get an acceptance :)

I don't know the exact date we should hear back but, many people have stated February 26. Searching through post on here people have been notified as early as February 20 in the past.

This is my first time applying. There were a few people last semester that posted they did not get in. Yes, it's gettin very competitive. What school did you apply to? I head GCC has eliminated their nights program, which sucks because I had them as my second choice.

I completed my pre/co reqs in December and applied in January. I'm not enrolled in Spring semester so, if that's what you mean yes. I would start this summer with the university and fall with Maricopa.

I don't see how it would hinder you. There are many amazing nurses with hearing aids. I've also heard of special stethoscopes or something you can add to it to make hearing easier! Best of luck.
