  1. can somebody help me with writing a diagnosis for the following problem. ellissa is an overweight college student. she explains to the nurse that she knows she makes poor food choices, but does so because she is too busy to plan healthy meals while in school and working. she also explains that when she is feeling anxiety she copes by eating high carbs and sugary foods. Elissa is currently 3olbs. over weight and states " I hate the way I look and feel." what is the appropriate nursing diagnosis? thee interventions for this patient and one goal. thanks in advance.
