Just wondering how you all like the job after training and more 'in the swing of things"....I haven't been hired by a company yet but unsure if I should make the leap if the opportunity presents itself.
Wow, thank you, I have two teenagers, and although they're good boys, I feel like I need to be more of a presence, especially during their school breaks. Is your job salaried? Do you feel like you're adequately compensated for your time? I've read, to be frank, a lot of negative reviews re: this position, appreciate your positive remarks.
I have applied to WellCare, Anthem and Aetna for a remote case mgmnt position, Aetna has given me a first interview....I am currently case managing hospice patients in home care setting, face 2 face, l like my job and the company I work for, but I can NEVER take time off, I have 28 PTO days and can never use them....was thinking working from home would be a better fit for my family.....but I'm nervous as heck and afraid I may regret my decision if I get to the point of accepting a potential offer. Any feedback from seasoned remote care managers?
