I think you're making the perfect decision for YOU. I've learned from my experience what works for me doesn't work for others and vice versa. I had a similar situation. I was attending a four year school and always felt pressured to do what my parents wanted me to do so I switched majors once or twice. When I looked up I realized I still wasn't happy and felt like I wasted a lot of time. My grades dropped and I ended up having to take a break from school 3 years in. I have now been accepted into an LPN program this fall and I couldn't be happier. Nursing was something I always wanted to do but between distractions and self doubt I started it but never finished pursuing it. I now feel this is the best option for ME so that I can eventually do a bridge LPN to RN program; I couldn't be more excited. Best wishes to whatever you decide to do.

Hi Kayla :) I'll be attending Northern Career Institute this fall as well. I'm from Cleveland, Ohio and I'm super excited to start my LPN career. I don't know much about the school personally but from reading reviews and by word of mouth I know that it is a really good accredited school that is inexpensive and allows you to get to your goal quickly.
