Hello everyone, so I am currently looking into a LPN program which is 12 months long and starts in July. The school is Brightwood college, previously known as Kaplan. I've been beating myself up because I don't know if I want to continue with the application process. The program costs about $32,000 and I would have to take a loan of about $20,000. I don't know if it's worth it. My other plan was to retake an anatomy class that I didn't do so hot in and apply to either an ADN or BSN program in the fall. Any advice would be appreciated and helpful.

Hi everyone So ive been going to a csu for 4 years now, and im still not where i want to be Ive decided to leave my csu and apply to an LVN program. I was going to my CSU as a pre-nursing major but switched over to gerontology. Ive been taking gero classes for two semesters now and i dont like it whatsoever. Do you guys think im making the right decision? Need some answers, motivation, encouragement.

If you dont mind me asking, what was your teas score?

Hi everyone So as it states in the title, im feeling very discouraged. Did anyone get into a nursing program with a low GPA? I have yet to take the teas, but i dont know how much thatll help me if i have low GPA. Need some motivation and encouragement

Thank you for your response, Yes there are JCs that offer the VN program, however they only accept applications once a year.

Hello everyone, So i currently go to a CSU, i am a pre nursing major but because of my GPA, i have been discouraged in applying for the BSN program here at school or anyschool for that matter. I've been here for about 4 years now and i am stuck and confused with what i want to do next. I'm looking into a vocational nursing program, Brightwood College, formally known as Kaplan. I dont know what i should do or if im making the right decision. thoughts?
