I'm taking the Basic CNA class that's accelerated (3 weeks only!), this is the last week of class and next Tuesday we start our clinical rotations. After that there's a week off then I'm planning on taking the Advanced CNA class that's also accelerated. I'm pretty excited. For once I feel like I am engaged in a class that I enjoy and it is starting to make me feel good about school again! After the advanced class, I'm hoping to get a job in a hospital but possibly even go into a LTC facility since I like older folks. Hospital setting I feel would make me more prepared for the real world cause how fast paced it is. I had taken a semester off and was wanting to start the Nursing program this fall but of course it already filled up so I'm hoping to get the job for the fall and see how I balance class and work. I'll be applying for the Spring '18 start for the program so that's the goal and I'm not gonna stop til I get done! Sorry this is so long, my first post here 😋 Almost feels like a rant haha
