VA proficiency Nurse II or Nurse III
I am a ICU nurse that has been working at the VA for 1 year on a contract assignment. I applied to become a permanent employee and received my initial offer letter. I was displeased with what they offered to say the least. I spoke with my manager and was told I should submit my proficiency (NPSB) with my letter to decline the offer. Problem is I have never wrote a proficiency before. I have my MSN and have years of ICU experience in the private sector and my experience with the VA. I have joined multiple committees, started unit projects, and continued working on my education/ leadership skills while working at the VA for a year. Does anyone have a proficiency for Nurse II or Nurse III they could share with me as an outline. I am lost on how to write this and need help. My coworkers are unwilling to share theirs and management is not helping. PLEASE any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you Email is [email protected]

Took my NCLEX and my pop up changed
Thats what I was told, but I didn't know there was a pop up that said anything about a hold on the account. I think thats why I am worried.

Took my NCLEX and my pop up changed
I took the NCLEX today at 8 am. I had 75 questions and felt like it was pretty hard! I finished about 10:12. I did the PVT around 10:30 when I got to my computer and I already had the email saying I had completed the NCLEX. When I did my PVT the first time I got the good pop up that says "our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Another registration cannot be made at this time." I thought I could relax a little thinking I got the good pop up. I went ahead and checked again about 2 hours later because I heard I could have checked too early and now my pop up has changed. It says "the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time." Has this ever happened to anyone else?? I am hoping that there is nothing wrong with this pop up but I don't know! The 2 day wait is going to kill me! Please comment!
