I was offered the opportunity to interview for a supervisor position without any prior supervisor experience so wanted to jump on here and ask for advice as to what you look for in a new supervisor, what makes applicants stand out to you or any specific questions you like to ask during your interviews. I’m a new grad BSN in North Carolina and make $27/hr plus night and weekend differentials.

I emailed Nora and she told me those who were not moving forward in the process would notified in the next few weeks, and although no specific date has been set decisions should be released late July/early August.

I am still waiting! I think I saw online that decisions will be released in July.
