  1. Prepping a paralized patient for surgery. Going to remove knee high compression socks. I said why are they gray , your care taker removes these daily right and he says never. I was frighten to remove them. I did slowly and it was so bad. My co worker left the room she was sick need as I was.
  2. Still use this most days OK when can do this like we always do.
  3. Calling a Dr. On night about a patient. Sleepy I am sure. After telling him the situation he asked me what would l do. I made a suggestion and he said that sounds good do it. OK on with my job.
  4. Just checking to see if I have any brain activity left after this day. Hello anything left in there. "I can't hear you".
  5. Post Op patient opens eyes wide and wild looking and says where's my baby doll over and over. Drifts back to sleep and wakes up says the same thing. Family comes in and says her sister did the same thing. I got her one of the stuffed animal we give the children. She takes it and says there's my baby doll. So bizarre
