Hello, I'll be graduating in a few months and I'm interested in working at this hospital. I was wondering how the process and experience of the new grad residency program is like and if its a good idea. I'm also from Canada so if anybody has gone there straight after passing the neclex, some insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi, I recently got accepted to U of T and your feedback on the program is really helpful. But I am trying to decide between U of T and Western right now. I've heard that U of T's program is more theory- based.. is that true? Also is the marking/grading tough at U of T? I want to keep up a good gpa because I would like to go for a masters later on. Any feedback on this appreciated.
