    Replying to RNZenpeaceful NO! That facility in an effort to save money and take advantage of YOU, was creating an UNSAFE WORKING CONDITIONS and also UNSAFE PRACTICES for patients! I am furious that the DON and Unit managers had the audacity to admonish you when they created the environment for those med errors to occur! I understand if things happen ONCE in a VERY LONG time, However, this should not be the norm and they should not schedule you like that everyday! I have worked in LTC a long time and worked night shift longer and I have NEVER and hope to NEVER be placed in a situation like that....I will call the STATE myself!
