Heys! I'm currently a pre-nursing student, but I was just looking at places to work (if I made it as a nurse) and I saw that some hospitals offer a New Grad RN Residency program for new graduates who need experience. I'm pretty curious about seeing that this type of program existed, and I was wondering if anyone went through that and could share what it's like being in the program, or if it's paid, and if you are offered a job after the program has ended? Is it necessary or recommended? I know there's different types of programs but any experience or info about any of them would be great nonetheless! Thanks!
