  1. Regalnurse is spot on. if you want to stay in nurse, follow his/ her advice exactly Nothing is guaranteed, but this is your best chance I wish you well Don't let this situation define you.
  2. You are at their mercy. They hold all the cards and have no problem exerting that power. there is no oversight. Most employed by RAMP haven't done a lick of real nursing in years ( if ever). One of the social workers I believe her name was Wendy S was a walking talking psych nightmare. She broke HIPAA related to some participants and was fired. But not before ruining many nurses livelihood. The current director (Terry) shows zero humanity. I watched her destroy many good nurses who just needed some help yet she seemed to get off on the power trip. We have all dealt with her type. They peaked young and went downhill from there. True mean girl vibes. Sadly, this program does not attract the best and certainly not the brightest. There was a director before Terry Ivory. Her name was Jillian. She actually wanted to see nurses succeed. But just like all competent people, she left within a year and the current one took over. She's been there a while- my guess is because she lacks the skill set to do much else. Fortunately, I found my dream job and am successful in SPITE of RAMP. If you want to keep your license, put your head down, stay under the radar, do exactly as told and you will get through it. once completed, you can walk away from the BS and then and only then can you try to enact change . As an aside, there are at least 12 nurses in the news accused (and in many cases found guilty) of sexual assault. Then there's all the " Operation Nightengale " fake nurses out there and many still have unencumbered licenses. Go figure...
