  1. Thanks Allie-he! Will not lose hope specially now that other schools sent their aceptance so hoping for other students who got accepted in either bcit or ubc to drop their spot here in Langara. I also already applied for the January 2019, so we will have to see :) thank u and goodluck to everyone:)
  2. Congrats to those who got accepted :)! I was just wondering if any of you guys here got accepted in Langara already but waiting to hear back from UBC or BCIT. If so, would you rather choose Langara, BCIT or UBC? I am lookin' for a little bit of hope here since I got waitlisted in Langara and my only chance to get a spot is when UBC or BCIT sends out their offers and those people will drop their seats from Langara. Thank you guys for understanding and goodluck!
  3. What was the gpa u got in with ? Goodluck on your bcit application hope you make it :)
  4. Goodluck to everyone here =) wish you guys all the best. I didn't apply for the BCIT BSN program, but I am waitlisted at Langara BSN program for the September 2018 intake. I am wondering if anyone here got accepted in Langara, but looking forward to get accepted in BCIT instead. If you had a choice, would you pick BCIT OR LangarA? Just curious. Since I am on the waitlist in Langara, my only chance to get in is if people drop their spots once they get admitted to either BCIT or UBC. I know that the waiting game is tough but let's all be positive and hope for the best :)
  5. Did anyone hear from Langara yet? Anyone got in from the waitlist?
  6. I applied with a 3.5and waitlisted :| lol idk if ive got a chance
  7. Hey guys, i applied for the fall 2018 but im waitlisted with a 3.51:| i really thought that was enough but seems like its a harder intake to get into compare wd the last ones. Im now applying for the Jan 2019, best of luck to us :)!
  8. Thank you @vbvaan will def try :)
  9. If you dont mind me asking What was the GPA that youre accepted with? Just wanted to know if i have a chance to get in :|
  10. Awee damn it, I guess now we must wait for other schools to accept students so we will have our own spots haha! Also, I read on the last Fall 2017 thread that there was a student that got in with a 3.5 right away but some students with 3.5 or 3.6 got waitlisted but eventually got accepted (a month after).. I don't understand I thought they do it in order .... from highest GPA to the lowest... So bummed, really thought a 3.5 would give me a good shot, what do ya'll think should I retake more classes or a 3.5 sound reasonable?? SEND HELP.. lol losing hope.
  11. Got waitlisted with a 3.5 as well seems like this intake is going to be harder to get into than the last one... Goodluck to everyone and never lose hope!!! By the way, do any of you guys know if they sent out the offers to the 80 students already or they first do the degree holders then the highest GPA and so on.... Let me know please!! Thanks!
  12. Yes! Youre right! I have taken all my prereqs in VCC, and i unfortunately had to retake the two bio's and two english! But now i got in with a 3.4 flat, iam still shocked! So, i do not think it really matters which institution you did prereq's just gotta have an amazing gpa!
