    REALLY?? OMG i wish i worked where you did! My unit is worse than any other unit I have been on. I work on an adult psych floor and my floor is beyond doable most days. I am happy that you have found a great facility! My friends on ICU and other floors said they would never work psych or even float here. We have had multiple assaults on RNs and other staff in the past two weeks. Wish that all units could be like yours. Send me some of your luck
