I graduated with my BSN in December of 2016 with a higher end GPA (not the highest but I considered it higher end and ok) and passed NCLEX February 2017. I began applying for Graduate Nurse Residency positions back in October of 2016. I received a few interviews but no offers. I continued my search even after graduation and now I am 3 months post-graduation and still no offers. Should I keep applying to nurse residency programs or should I apply to other positions now? Do facilities even hire new grads....all the applications I have found want someone with at least 1-2 years of experience or Clinican II and up... HELP!
