  1. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT DO EXCELSIOR! After over $10,000 I still do not have my RN ! That's $10,000 is not including the pre-reqs. I already had the pre-reqs for my paramedic program and my bachelor's degree. You will save tears, time, stress, and money if you do community college. Just move for two years ! Seriously.
  2. I did the Excelsior workshops both the online and the weekend one with EC instructors. They were NOTHING like the CPNE. I failed the CPNE. I wouldn't waste my money on those or on Rob's CPNE. Just spend all you time in the study guide and the portal. Memorize all the Excelsior videos and do it exactly like their videos. It doesn't matter if you perform a skill perfectly. If you do not perform the skill THEIR way, then it is a fail.
  3. Robs CPNE is not worth $500.00. I did everything he asked and in the right order. I failed the CPNE. His videos did not show you how to do it THEIR way, which is most important. Robs materials are great study materials for nursing in general, but not for the CPNE. If I would of spent less time with Robs materials and just concentrated my time in the CPNE portal I probably would of passed. Maybe worth $200.00. Wouldn't pay $500.00.....and still having to make payments on his study plan after you fail is the WORST!
