Congrats!! Did you interview Tuesday or Wednesday?

THANK YOU for your post! My test is in 4 days. I'm so nervous. I been studying U world for past 1 month. I got 55% in the practice test with 100 questions ?.... says "High" chance of passing but to me 55% is so low ? I applied to Sharp and been "under hiring review" since June 14. I'm internal, BSN. I'm not sure of the process, but i think we do not need to retake TEAS/essay... i'm pretty sure we are guaranteed a spot for next cohort without any further examination in THAT email they sent it stated-alternates "further instructions after April 21,2017" soooo i'm just hoping to get some news this week!!!

The cut off was 82.53. I'm an alternate with 82.13.

my GPA is low at 3.25 and TEAS 84.7 .... IDK about the essay I just emailed them asking about it...OMG I'm happy i get a chance!!

congrats to everyone who got accepted!! I'm an alternate ... so if i don't get into this cohort I automatically get into cohort 52 ... right??

I know the day of the TEAS test/ essay day Erica, the proctor, said the results were going to be up by end of March, early April right!?. But then i contacted my advisor and she said that May is when we know if we got in or not.... IDK I'm confused now

Hello everyone and good luck to everyone here!!! I also applied to NU cohort 51. Erica said we might get the essay score by the end of March, and my advisor told me that by mid-May is when we know if we getting the program or not... soooo couple months of agony. I think for me my essay score is what will determine if I get in or not. I have a 3.25 gpa (very low I know!) my TEAS score is 84.7%. I'm not the best writer, but I felt confident on the structure and content of my essay so hope I get a 4. If I get a 4 I think I will be at the borderline with maybe 82-83 points. Maybe I should begin NU cohort 52 page. But I remain optimistic and hopeful for cohort 51!!

I'm glad I found this place!! Won't be the only one obsessing over checking emails! lol ... This is my third time applying to Grossmont I really hope I get in this time. Every person here has very impressive scores, mine are like in the middle not bad, but not great haha. But I don't lose hope. I have 4.0 fix gap, 3.5 science gpa, might get 4 or 5 extra points. Compared to the other two times, now I get 5 points for CNA certification and I raised my TEAS score up to 84.7%. Do any of you know if they round up the percentages??? maybe I could possibly get 28 points?!?! Good Luck to everyone!
